you can see by all my cape town posts, we ate out for every meal!had a great afternoon at &union, their food & beer is delicious, highly recommend going there, if you can't make it, you can order their beers online & think they are stocked at selected woolworths stores now too.
brad & rui,if by some small chance you guys reading this, forgot to chirp you about opening a branch in durban, we're desperate here for new places to eat out!

Ooooh UNION is located in the basement of one of Cape Town's most historical buildings. St Stephen's NG Church. It was built as a theatre to service all including slaves, story has it that at some point the slaves were told they wer no longer allowed to attend show and this resulted them in stoning the building which ironically later became the missionary church for the slaves and also how it got it's name. St Stephen was a martyr who was stoned. Making this the only Dutch Reformed church with a saint's name.
Just a little history on the location. (^_^)

Aah next time you travelling to the Cape, please do a piece on places to visit, I wish I had seen all these posts before my trip, I literally wrote down places to see and eat out before leaving but clearly I had no clue,hehe..
P.S. I must plan one for Durbs and indulge!
